Pediatric Appointment

We love treating infants & children at New Leaf Acupuncture and have had great success using "Tuina" massage on children aged 1-6. Young children are very sensitive and respond quickly to the treatments we provide. With older children, we may use 2-4 needles to achieve the same effect. Yes, we also treat babies! For those under a year, we use 2-4 points and promptly remove the needles without retention. Parents are often amazed at how profoundly their babies respond. The youngest patient we have treated was just 2 weeks old, and the results were seen almost immediately.
